Bill Apisa golf outing is set for July 29

STERLING HEIGHTS - The 39th annual Bill Apisa Memorial Golf Outing is set for Friday, July 29 at Maple Lane Golf Club in Sterling Heights.

The proceeds from the tournament, hosted by The Clintondale C Club, will benefit Dragons Athletics and the student-athletes that proudly compete for the blue and gold.

“We think this is a great opportunity for our alumni, parents, and community partners to get together for a fun day on the course,” said Clintondale athletic director Bob Walmsley, who helps spearhead the event.

The scramble-format tournament will feature a continental breakfast, lunch at the turn, and dinner with open bar.

With the generous support and funding from friends and supporters, Clintondale Athletics can grow and prosper. The support for Clintondale Athletics and the annual golf outing helps with this commitment and insures the Dragons compete at the highest level.

There are two ways to show support this year: Participate as a golfer, or be a hole sponsor.

Due to the success and popularity of the event, registrations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cost is $125 per person, $500 per foursome, and $125 for a hole sponsorship.
