Ways to Watch Board Meetings

I trust this communication finds you and your family well. This letter comes to notify you that the District will no longer use Zoom to stream our Board of Education Meetings. For those who have joined us regularly via Zoom throughout the pandemic, for Board of Education Meetings, we appreciate your attendance and your input. As we move forward into the 2022-23 school year, all Board meetings will be held in person, beginning, Monday, July 25, 2022 in the conference center, located at Clintondale High School.

We know this could be an inconvenience for our stakeholders; therefore, the District has developed an alternative for our stakeholders to view our meetings, moving forward. With this change, it ensures the administration and Board of Education continues to be transparent regarding district challenges, issues and victories. Stakeholders will be able to view Board Meetings “Live” on YouTube; however, comments will be turned off. As a reminder, Board of Education Meetings begin at 6:30 PM, the second and fourth Monday nights.


Additionally, the YouTube link to access the Board Meeting can be found on the District’s website. Below, please find the directions from the CCS Office of Technology for access:


Starting on July 25 all future Board Meetings will be live streamed on YouTube through the Clintondale Community Schools YouTube Account. The link for the upcoming meeting is  Board Meeting. No YouTube account is required in order to view the meeting. However; if you have one it is recommended you subscribe and turn notifications on in order to receive real time updates. 

In the future all links will be posted on the  District’s Website. To find the link click the 3 lines in the top right corner and navigate to “Our District” and find “Board Of Education”.
