Athletics
The Clintondale Dragons competes as a Division 6 school in the Michigan High School Athletic Association, and is a league member of the Macomb Area Conference. The Clintondale Community School District believes that participation in educational athletics contributes to a well-rounded education, supports students’ classroom success, and gives them skills and experiences that help them succeed in school and beyond.
Participation Requirements
All students grades 7-12 who desire to participate in interscholastic athletics must be cleared through the school nurse. No student will be allowed to try out, practice or participate with any team without proper information on file.
Secondary Sports
Middle School Athletics
The Clintondale Middle School athletics program is centered on the idea that students should have the opportunity to experience nearly every sport offered at Clintondale High School, and to have a healthy learning experience.
High School Athletics
We welcome the community to be a part of the athletic tradition at Clintondale High School. Whether a parent of an athlete, a fan of a sport, a teacher, alumni, or a student-athlete, we hope that you will be a presence for supporting the Dragons’ athletic programs.
